We’re halfway through the year.
Let that sink in.

Six months gone. Six months left. That finish line you envisioned in January? It’s closer than you think…and slipping further away with every beautifully justified delay.

Maybe you whispered big dreams to yourself when the year began. Maybe you screamed them. Either way, they were sacred. And now, they’re quietly collecting dust under your well-organized calendar, the books you keep buying, the planners you keep rewriting.

You’re not lazy.
You’re not disinterested.
You’re just… stuck.

Let’s call it what it is:

Procrastination isn’t just wasting time.
It’s a sacred agreement you unconsciously make to stay safe, small, and unseen.

It’s a slow con. Procrastination doesn’t knock…it wears your face, speaks in your voice, and calls itself preparation.

And according to Forbes (March 2022), it’s costing businesses over $10,000 per employee every year in lost productivity. Harvard Business Review (July 2021) reports procrastinators are 20% more likely to miss promotions, suffer higher stress, and experience lower job satisfaction. But it goes deeper than your career.

A 2023 study published in JAMA Network Open revealed procrastination is linked to a 63% higher risk of depression, anxiety, sleep issues, and even disabling pain.
This isn’t just about being “a little behind.” This is about your peace. Your power. Your potential.

I see it every day—in my clients, my peers, and yes, even in myself. I don’t share this from a pedestal. I’ve felt the pull of protection disguised as planning. I’ve told myself I was being “thorough” when really, I was terrified. Not of failing. But of being vulnerable. Of being seen.

I’ve sat on my Enneagram Certification—something I’ve known for years was mine to build..because my fear of exposure whispered, What if they don’t get it? What if they don’t get you? That fear wore a dozen clever disguises: research, responsibility, refinement. But it was still fear.

And maybe that’s what’s happening for you too.

The way procrastination manifests is different for every Enneagram type. For some, it looks like polishing things until they’re perfect. For others, it’s saying yes to everyone else so they never have to face themselves. It might be hiding behind strategy, spiraling in “what ifs,” or jumping to the next shiny thing before you finish what really matters.

But whatever it looks like for you, know this:
It’s not your fault. But it is your responsibility.

Understanding your Enneagram type helps you see the precise way procrastination hijacks your progress. It exposes the shadow script you’ve been living by..and gives you the language to rewrite it.

And when you go deeper into your Tritype…the unique blend of your head, heart, and gut (the ways you think, feel, and do) you stop treating your blocks like personality flaws and start navigating them like a master mapmaker.

Because the truth is, procrastination isn’t random. It’s patterned. Predictable. And when you understand the map of you, it loses its power.

So here’s what you do next:

Spend 90 minutes one-on-one with me.
We’ll map out your entire life—and expose where procrastination might be quietly running the show or blowing things up in ways you haven’t even seen… yet.

You’re halfway there.
Let’s make sure you don’t stop now.
